Torrent basically deals with peer to peer downloading of files. The main merit concerned with torrent is extremely fast downloading speed. For example->copy a movie in a pen drive from ur friend's system and connect that pen drive to ur system to copy the particular movie to ur system.Torrent exactly specifies this system of transferring of files. In a torrent,u're actually copying files from other systems to your system directly without any interference from any sort of intermediate network.Hence better speed and quality. Not just movie!!!Torrent holds a wide variety of files that can include movies, music, softwares and games as well.
